Best place to go on a cheap city break in Europe?

Places I have been and do not wish to return to are Prague, Paris, Rome, Florence, Venice, Sofia, Istanbul, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Krakow, Warsaw, Brussels. Not cos I hated them - just want to go somewhere different
