How do i loose wight without excersing!!! Please help ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i am 13 girl,147lbs and overweight. my cl is having a pool party in march, and i really want to wear a bikini! i don't really have time to go to gym, but i do have an ab lounge and i play basketball. any suggestions, please help me. i want to loose 40lbs by february and wear a bikini. i will admit that i have horrible eating habits and skip breakfast thinking it is going to help. i am a junkfood junky who is asking for help and advice. got any? how many cruntchs should i do on the ab lounge or something. i don't know should i just give up now and forget about the bikini? what should i do!!! i have tried everything
