How can I add a fourth kind of meat to my Turducken?

pheasant is to close to the size of a chicken. Ive used quail in the center of mine but they are very difficult to bone. Why add another meat put the turducken inside another meat like ostrich or emu? or get a whole hog and put it inside the whole hog. it will take nearly 36 hours to properly cook though.
