Looking for a fairy tale anthology...?

Im trying to find an anthology i owned as a child...as far as i remember, it was a fairly large hardcover book, the covers were red, and there may have been a circular illustration of little red riding hood in the center of the front cover. The stories may have included the twelve dancing princesses, the tinderbox, the nightingale, diamonds and toads (this is the story im mainly looking for, and is also known as "the fairies"), and the red shoes...among others. If anyone can think of something, it'd be greatly appreciated! :)
