I am a Muslim man. I wanted to know why women get beaten by men if they refuse ?

because the men aren't taking care of their daughters. It's probably an accepted thing, and the women grow up believing it because they don't know anything else. Some cultures believe females are inferior to the males. The Muslims aren't the only ones. And it's a sad, sad, hand-me-down tradition.
