Ideas please!! ANYTHING WILL HELP AT THIS POINT!!?
Swim swimming is a great excersize to lose weight. I do water aerobics at the local pool it helped me get in shape and shed pounds its a great way to get active and stay active and its not hard on your body like running. And about the twinkies haha i lvoe twinkies and its SOOO hard to eat healthy just try to bring more fruits and veggies into your diet dont just go gung ho and throw out all your chippies and twinkies that will just make you misrible its easier to diet when you go slowly. ALSO one last thing I guess (reading online sumwhere cant remember where) listing to music while excersizing makes you lose more weight.
