Cabaret ideas For My Audition?

I'm auditioning for a kid's cabaret and I don't know what to sing or act or whatever to. It has to be "G" rated, and it needs to be a crowd pleaser. I'm 12, almost 13, anywhere from a mezzo soprano to alto. I was thinking "My New Philosophy" from you're a good man charlie brown. What do you think?
