Does anyone have a good basic egg salad recipe?

I can't seem to find a basic run of the mill egg salad recipe. My husband wants egg salad minus the exotic ingredients but all of the recipes called for cilantro or Dijon mustard, things like that. He doesn't want anything but basic egg salad. I don't like so I've never made it before.
