When i'm standing straight up, you can still see my spinal cord sticking out. Most people's backs, there is an indent where their spinal cord is. I am 6'3" weighing 150. ( yes i'm skinny, i have a high metabolism) but i do workout a lot, i do a lot of rotator cuff workouts because I am a pitcher. Anyways, how can i get rid of my bony spinal cord?
