We live in Vegas and have an LCB here. My son is in the AA degree program, that includes the business. We have three culinary schools here, so before he enrolled, he talked to a lot of people who had good culinary jobs (my son works at a casino) - by far, the ones most satisfied with their education were LCB graduates. They ALL thought that the cost was well worth it. When you go to an American LCB, you still get the "Le Grande Diplome" - the same one that all LCB's give out, even the one in Paris.
