My mom is having a Cone biopsy. How big of a deal is this type of surgery?

I had a LEEP procedure done (twice). I could be wrong but I believe it's similar to the cone biopsy. It was a breeze, I went in alone and there was nothing to it. No worries, she'll be fine.
