Need advise and direction. parents neglectful, do drugs, don't know where to turn at this point.?

That is an actual thing that I had went thru! But in my situation I was the aunt, and my brother was married to the drug with six kids. Im the only one there for the kids and three of the kids know whats happening but the other three are too young to understand. Its better to tell the kids the truth and to tell them to have hope and pray for there parents! I never told any type of authority because its family and we should all help each other out.
