I've got a vast expanse of pine woodwork in my dining room. Would I be able to paint over it the same colour

Hello, my dad paints so he says that you can paint over it, but make sure you paint it a few times because over time depending on the wood the knots will show and make the walls look very ugly. Personally, I would would leave it depending on how bad it looks! Good Luck and I hope this helps!
