My grandma has been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks now and will continue to be there for at least another 2 weeks for sure. She has a degenerative disease with her bones.. I'm not sure the name of it (too technical) haha.. also, she has a UTI (urinary tract infection). She is unable to walk right now and is very sore and in very much pain. She feels discouraged and depressed. She does not believe she'll ever get well again or come home. Although the doctors confirmed that she will return home, she has a very negative mind-set right now and is worried for herself as well as my grandpa. Understandable! I would like to bring her an uplifting prayer to boost her spirits. A prayer for the healing of the sick. We are Catholic.. Roman Catholic to be specific. Any prayers will do =) Thank you for your help! I appreciate it.

How do I get rid of white patches/spots on my face?

I recently have had eczema on my face, and I have itched it a few times. It finally healed completely about a week ago but I have noticed that there were white patches left on my face after the eczema has healed. I had gone to the beach a few times this week, and when i got home my skin has turned very dark, and the white spots have even gotten more noticeable. Is there any way I can get rid of these white spots on my face? It has become 5x more noticeable now, and it is quite embarring. Is it going to stay there forever? I am a trained veterinary istant and in my experience, chuihuahuas/pomeranians are THE WORST breed of dog to get if you have never had experience with raising a dog. They have no idea that they are small and if you do not train them correctly and use the pack mentality of YOUR in charge and treat it as a DOG and not a little human you will have an awful dog on your hands that bites people and acts aggressive. Look into Cesar Milans show on the Discovery Channel and read about exercise, discipline and only then affection. These breeds of dogs (and most other breeds as well) can be good companions *IF* you take the time to train them. Also, if you get a puppy you must know that puppies have to be taken outside to the bathroom OFTEN...for example, if you have a two month old puppy it will have to go to the bathroom EVERY TWO HOURS AROUND THE CLOCK and it continues like that for a long time. In general for every month old the puppy is will show you how often they will need to go outside to do their business...Two month old puppy=every 2 hrs, 3 mth old every 3hrs, etc. So when you are fast asleep in the middle of the night you better not mind taking little fifi out to go potty. If this is a problem, get an adult dog that is at least 1 year old and this would be less of an issue. Basically if you mom does not want to raise another "child" then getting a dog right now is a mistake since dogs take the same amount of care and attention as a 2 year old human does.

Mali uromastyx sudden death?

I got a pair of mali uromastyx about a year ago, rescued them from bad conditions. They both were active and looked healthy, they ate great and made a huge mess for me everyday. I noticed that one had a lump on his face under his eye, so I took them both to a reptile specific vet and he told me they looked great and I was doing everything correctly. He said the lump was probably an old wound and would fall off as he sheds. So I didn't worry about it too much. Then, a few days ago my perfectly active sweet baby uro was staring blankly at me when I got home. I took him out of the tank and he was limp, like his tail and back legs but his front was stiff. He kept opening his mouth and shaking his head it looked like he weizuring... I was horrified and tried to take him to an emergency vet at 10:00 at night. Since the vet had to know reptiles I had to drive 30 mins away. He died on the way there. I am so angry that the vet didn't look better at him. I know how to take care of reptiles.. So I don't know why he died. I want answers. I am just wondering what could have killed him. Do you have anu ideas? I'm kicking myself for not trying another vets opinion after the first told me he was okay. I feel bad that my other uro is all alone now too! :( thanks for your help.

What do you think of the beginning of my story?

I love it so far. The idea of suspense in the paragraph is a good idea and the detail is great as well. I believe in the second paragraph that the dialogue should be spaced more as dialogue and their should be a little more detail, i.e. what color were the sheets? And you walked down what kind of hall towards what kind of room? How did Skylers hand feel? In my opinion, this adds more to the story as a building up to certain points. Their are some grammar errors in the second paragraph but I love the use of big words. The names are catchy to me and brought me to love this beginning more. Although the first paragraph doesn't really explain much to me about the protagonist or their life and neither does the second which I kind of like but I believe that somewhere along the third paragraph you should start to put little things about the protagonist in their i.e. that's my mom, her name is ____ ; being [age] has it's ups and downs ; _____is my favorite movie and everyone who knows me knows that, etc.. I don't yet know the plot but I hope to find out soon. Keep posting more about this soon-to-be novel because I want to hear more about it. Have fun writing. =]

PSU 12v rail graphics card power distribution?

I have a GTX 480 and the manufacturer recommends 42 amps on the 12v rail. I have three that are rated at 14, 23, and 15 amps, which is 52 amps. Should I spread the power out over the three rails to get as much amperage as I can as opposed to having it on one rail? Can anyone think of anything bad happening? I know the purpose of having more than one rail is to have everything separate but I just wondered if this is ok. I don't know much about power supplies.

Swim swimming is a great excersize to lose weight. I do water aerobics at the local pool it helped me get in shape and shed pounds its a great way to get active and stay active and its not hard on your body like running. Question about Project 64 Emulator?

So, I am currently playing "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" on my laptop on the Project 64 Emulator, but I came across a problem. In the water temple you have to shoot something with an arrow and then use the longshot to get all the way across before the timer runs out, but since I am on my lap top, it seems a bit fidgetey, so it will got either barely above or barely below the target so I can't make it there. I used to play it with an XBOX 360 controller but my USB thing broke, so I can't play it with a controller. It sucks because I am like very close to being finished with the temple but I can't because of that. I understand that Project 64 isn't made to run exactly perfect because it is free and all, but has anybody else come across the problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!

About February of last year, I had a motorcycle accident that resulted in an amputation of my left leg. The original amputation was below the knee, and about 5 months after the operation, I went in for another surgery to get some hardware in my knee removed. I then started feeling sick all the time and could not even function well. The leg felt like it was on fire, and was hurting me even when I wasn't moving my knee. At first I dismissed it as just pain and symptoms after the surgery, but after two months I went back to the doctor and told him there had to be something wrong... long story short over the next few months I had to keep going back to the hospital, and the doctor kept dismissing that there was a problem, even when the area was swollen the size of a softball. It is now March, over a year after the original accident/amputation, and I've just gotten back home from my 2nd amputation... I was so sick of the pain that I decided it would be better to cut off what hurt...

So I downloaded some fonts off the Web and now I want to be able to use them in things like Microsoft Office Word 2007 and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. I have a really hard time with allegro on the whole, but specifically I feel like my bottom half of my body is detached from my top half and I can't seem to get my feet to move fast enough or my legs to use pleay enough (bad spelling, sorry!) Also, my leaps are not where they should be as they are low and uncoordinated. Auto flood damage help,,Please?

I really need some help. We got a car yesterday from an individual. When we first looked at the inside it looked a little dirty and smelled very clean, strong but clean. Vegetarians are people who don't consume meats so some will be drug addicts and others won't. I'm not a drug user and I don't see why there will be more people taking certain drugs believing they are "natural" compared to those taking "unnatural" drugs just because of their dietary choice. This happened to me before. Every time I drink & get drunk it sticks with me for about a week before I feel normal again. I have Windows Vista Home Premium and I am using the parental controls feature. When I select "block file downloads" it blocks users from ALL downloads. As administrator I want to setup parental controls that will allow family members to access/download email file doent attachments but not allow them to download new programs and executable files. How can i do that? I'm considering an option to simply allow ALL downloads but use the 'block programs' feature such that any executable file that is downloaded would require the administrator's OK before it can be run...but I wonder if that will mess up various standard upgrades that need to be run on a regular basis.

I'm TTC and had on every day for 4 days leading up to ovulation and the day after. Around the time i was expecting my period (there irregular) I did start bleeding. At first it was brownish and this bight pink colour and came and went very lightly for the first 20 hours, then it stopped for a little while then came back but red and slightly heavier. It only went for about 10 hours off and on and no where near as heavy as my period nomaly is and not as long. the whole thing went for less tehn 2 days. I should also point out that i was having when i wasnt spotting/bleeding, before i started bleeding red. So i was immediatly suspicious . . I also had tingling , but they dont feel swollen at all, just very sensitive. I've had headaches, and lastnight when i would have been exactly 4 weeks i felt ill, which is very uncommon for me.I've also had period style cramps for the last 3 weeks but they come and go. My skin is far more oily then usual.

That is an actual thing that I had went thru! But in my situation I was the aunt, and my brother was married to the drug with six kids. Im the only one there for the kids and three of the kids know whats happening but the other three are too young to understand. Does anyone have information on clavicle (collarbone) surface piercings?

Hello! Clavicle piercings are very beautiful. I was thinking of getting them myself and asked my piercer (who I've been going to for the last 2 years). He immediately told me that surface piercings (with a surface bar) aren't a good idea for these types of piercings because the rejection rate for the surface bar in these locations is very high. He recommended a microdermal implant which is meant to heal with your skin and has a much smaller rejection rate. The second thing he told me was that the clavicle bones aren't the best place for these types of piercings because when you lift your arms up and move around your skin can move over your bones and push the piercing out, however there are many successful cases, he was just giving me the info. What he told me to do was purchase some stick on jewelry and place them where I wanted my piercings, wear them around all day and see if they fell off or moved around my bone at all. He ended up being right and I ended up deciding to get one microdermal in between those bones. He told me more toward the center is better, so I went DEAD center! LOL. Cost depends on the grade of jewelry you get and the individual piercer. I've seen them range from $20 each to $100 a pop! Good luck with your piercing! I hope this was somewhat helpful.
